Comfortable stay in a perfect location
Nicely renovated. Modern and clean. In an amazing location just a few minutes walk from Hammersmith Station. Friendly staff. Easy checkin and check out.
Cheaped out on things like towels and cups - only bath towels but no hand towels or face cloths. They provided 2 coffee mugs but no glasses for water, etc. Our room was in the basement with no window. It felt like we were an afterthought. For £200 a night I did not find this good value.

Great hotel and location
The location was great. Very close to tube lines/buses and the venue for the gig we were going to, and plenty of places to eat and drink nearby. Very quick communication from Bella when I had a couple of queries before our stay. Lovely staff at the front desk, discounts for nearby restaurants/pubs. And great how they hold your bags before check in and after check out
London prices and the air con wasn't working to it's full potential so it did get a little bit hot, but you could open the window pretty wide
